Depending on how you use The Cuban Fade, this may include your name, email address, phone number, profile details, appointment details, service selections, customer notes, home-service address details, and photos you choose to upload.
How we use information
We use information to operate the platform, schedule and manage appointments, show relevant customer and service details to staff, send transactional notifications, support authentication, improve reliability, and protect the security of the service.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Barber staff and customer data
The Cuban Fade includes tools used by barber staff to manage appointments and customer relationships. Barber staff may be able to see customer information relevant to scheduled services, including contact details, appointment history, notes, selected services, and service location details when needed to perform the appointment.
Staff profile data may include names, avatars, language preferences, roles, and other workspace-related settings necessary to operate the platform.
Photos and media
If you upload profile images or appointment-related photos, we store and process those files to provide the requested product functionality. These uploads are used for app functionality only.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, we may send transactional push notifications related to appointments, reminders, status changes, and barber workflow activity. Push notifications are not used for third-party advertising.
